Legal Aid

We undertake publicly funded family work.

Available legal aid in Japan is offered by Japan Legal Support Center :

• “any and all civil cases, domestic relations cases, or administrative cases to be dealt in civil procedures”
• International child abduction cases — cases in the scope of the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (Hague convention 1980). The objects of the convention are not only to secure the prompt return of children wrongfully removed to or retained in any Contracting State but also to ensure that rights of custody and of access under the law of one Contracting State are effectively respected in other Contracting States.
